Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate among workstations and perform duties as listed for each station.
  • •Transfer raw product from cooler to meat dumper using a walk-behind.
  • •Control dumper to transfer meat to the hopper with computer controls.
  • •Maintain a clean work area throughout operations.
  • •Weigh out ingredients to spec and transfer pre-weighed ingredients into an ingredient hopper.
