Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support laundry innovation projects in alignment with the Home Strategic Segment Unit’s strategic objectives.
  • •Drive the deployment of innovation projects, including preparation and delivery of client briefings.
  • •Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for launched products across regional and global client portfolios.
  • •Manage and coordinate laboratory technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of laboratory activities.
  • •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Science & Research, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Development.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field, complemented by substantial professional experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, particularly in GC‑MS and LC‑MS techniques, and/or expertise in formulation development and characterization (e.g., rheology).
  • •In‑depth understanding of surfactant‑based formulations, ideally with experience in laundry product development.
  • •Experience with data management tools or methodologies is an advantage.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an asset.
