Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile subledgers to the general ledger.
  • •Support monthly and year-end close, including account reconciliations and management reporting.
  • •Compile and maintain internal accounting, AP, AR, and cash dashboards.
  • •Maintain fixed asset records and prepare insurance reporting for service contracts.
  • •Validate data between systems and integrations; research and resolve discrepancies and data-quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
