  • •Own day-to-day administration of global equity programs, including grants, exercises, vesting, releases, ESPP purchases, tender offers, and other equity transactions.
  • •Maintain accurate equity records across Carta, transfer agents, and internal systems while ensuring data integrity.
  • •Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People to ensure equity transactions are reflected in payroll, accounting, tax reporting, and SEC filings.
