Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Long Term Financial Plan, Annual Budget, and Monthly Outlook and translate strategy into forecasts and investment cases.
  • •Partner with business leadership to assess financial implications of strategic growth initiatives.
  • •Develop and present financial and business performance reporting to senior leadership.
  • •Champion cost optimization initiatives with cross-functional teams and anticipate/resolve complex financial challenges.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow an embedded finance team while automating recurring work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,000 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination.
  • •At least 4 years’ experience managing an FP&A function.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance is preferred.
