Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a target architecture for production planning and time management systems in collaboration with Business Product Owner, IT infrastructure specialists and development providers.
  • •Manage the full development lifecycle from design to implementation and production release for sites involved, including requirements gathering, deriving architecture and system requirements, and evaluating costs and schedules.
  • •Coordinate with external partners to integrate into the production network and manage ongoing improvements while maintaining existing systems and preparing migration to the new architecture.
  • •Ensure integration of systems within the IT landscape and processes, and initiate necessary changes.
  • •Travel 1 day per week to Wörth (Germany) as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent (BAC+5) and at least 5 years of experience at the interface between business and IT
  • •Autonomous and strong communicator, able to work in a multinational environment and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
  • •Solid experience leading IT projects across cross-functional teams and with IT vendors
  • •Knowledge of SAP (PP modules) would be a plus
  • •Mastery of software architecture and implementing innovative agile practices (or equivalent)
