Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction to the Project Delivery group and align delivery with the Low Carbon Sector Strategy.
  • •Be accountable for project delivery performance, including financials, people development/engagement, technical expertise, and client satisfaction.
  • •Oversee delivery performance across all projects within the sector, with emphasis on governance, project performance, and team utilisation.
  • •Collaborate across UK and global geographies and provide leadership across a diverse portfolio of multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Drive innovation and productivity by developing and implementing new tools and methods, and provide visible leadership in safety, health, and wellbeing.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced project management professional/leader with a strong strategic vision and transformative leadership skills.
  • •Proven track record delivering energy projects across all stages of development with a strong focus on client relationships.
  • •Significant experience delivering consultancy/contracting services in the Energy sector across models such as OE, EPC, EPCM, reimbursable, incentivised, and fixed price.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and retain teams, develop people, and support diversity and inclusion.
  • •Educated to degree level (MBA or relevant post-degree qualification is an advantage), with exceptional candidates considered via equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered status).
