Key Responsibilities

•Manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction to commissioning, ensuring that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards as the key client interface
•Develop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
•Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that project requirements are met and any issues are resolved
•Manage the design process to achieve the client''s requirements and manage expectations
•Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.

Key Requirements

•University degree in a Construction-related field.
•Several years project management experience, gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
•Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS.
•A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review.
•English and German language skills.
