Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer, clinical, market, and business needs into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
  • •Develop product roadmaps and business cases, and support PDLM planning using customer and data-driven insights, including AI-enabled analysis.
  • •Contribute to product development activities from concept through launch and into sustaining engineering and lifecycle management using AI-enabled approaches.
  • •Gather, analyze, and synthesize field, clinical, and market insights into actionable requirements using modern analytics and AI-assisted tools.
  • •Support product lifecycle activities such as feature enhancements, compatibility management, obsolescence planning, adoption monitoring, and improvement identification.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent.
  • •8+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related leadership roles in a technology-driven environment.
  • •Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, including practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Demonstrated ability to apply AI to solve customer problems, drive business outcomes, and improve product management effectiveness.
  • •Healthcare technology, medical devices, or regulated industries experience is preferred.
