Job Summary

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the Hawk Lead-In-Fighter program, supporting ongoing sustainment and capability growth. Work across Mechanical, Avionics, and Armament trades: maintain propulsion/hydraulics and related systems, diagnose and service avionics and integrated electrical systems, and maintain emergency escape/egress and weapon systems. Execute work using authorised technical data and meet regulatory, airworthiness, and certification requirements.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with authorised technical data and regulatory standards.
•Mechanical trade maintenance: hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic and propulsion systems and related components.
•Avionics trade maintenance: fault diagnosis and maintenance of avionics and integrated aircraft electrical systems.
•Armament trade maintenance: emergency escape and egress systems, and aircraft weapon systems, including load and handle of aircraft stores.
•Ensure compliance with technical publications, certification requirements, and airworthiness/regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Certificate IV in Aeroskills trade (mandatory) or equivalent
•Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
•Ability to work in high-performance team environments
•Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset

Education:Certification / Diploma in Aeroskills
