Key Responsibilities

•Self-source SBA loan originations with emphasis on client contact, origination, and analysis.
•Review financial statements and supporting documents to structure SBA loan proposals.
•Complete initial analysis and prepare credit packages for SBA loans (typically $350K–$5MM).
•Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience.
•A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
•Business or Finance degree.
•SBA loan originating experience and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
