Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead release planning, validation, deployments, production cutovers, and post-deployment support across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
  • •Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, code, configurations, and Vlocity/OmniStudio components.
  • •Manage Copado user stories, commits, validations, promotions, back-promotions, and release governance.
  • •Define Git branching strategies and enforce pull request/code review, tagging, and version-control standards.
  • •Resolve deployment failures (including merge conflicts, test-class errors, metadata dependencies, and environment synchronization issues) and manage sandbox/org refreshes and environment alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, release management, CI/CD engineering, or Salesforce administration.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing Copado and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Strong knowledge of Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, Metadata API, source-format deployments, and deployment validation.
  • •Experience with Git-based workflows (branching strategies, PRs, reviews, tagging) and merge conflict resolution.
  • •Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes, environment strategy/refreshes, and production releases, including Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and Vlocity/OmniStudio support.
