Key Responsibilities

•Acquire new-to-bank customers via bank-led deployments, customer referrals, and self-sourced prospecting.
•Cross-sell credit cards and personal loans to existing and new-to-bank customers, and identify opportunities for mortgages.
•Engage customers, understand their needs, convert opportunities using needs-based selling, and clearly explain product features and benefits.
•Support account opening by coordinating with relevant departments and manage post-application activities with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and customer experience.

•Ability to work independently, multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
•Customer-oriented with strong communication skills; able to identify financial needs and refer appropriately.
