Job Summary

Design, build, and operate automated enterprise privileged access management capabilities as part of the IDAM function. Own PAM engineering that integrates SailPoint for governance and access reviews while expanding CyberArk (or equivalent). Lead automation-first onboarding for privileged users, service/application accounts, and credentials/secrets, and connect PAM workflows to ServiceNow. Partner with Security Architecture and Audit to automate evidence, reporting, and incident escalation across hybrid identity, AD, Windows/Linux, cloud services, and DevOps pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead automation-first design and engineering of PAM solutions, defining standards, onboarding patterns, and automation frameworks.
•Drive CyberArk (or equivalent) implementation and expansion, and engineer fully automated onboarding for privileged users and service/application accounts.
•Integrate PAM with SailPoint to automate governance, lifecycle management, and access reviews.
•Automate privileged access requests, approvals, and provisioning via ServiceNow, and build reporting for audits and compliance.
•Secure privileged access across Active Directory, Windows/Linux, Azure/cloud services, and applications/DevOps pipelines; act as senior escalation point for PAM incidents.
