Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automation-first design and engineering of PAM solutions, defining standards, onboarding patterns, and automation frameworks.
  • •Drive CyberArk (or equivalent) implementation and expansion, and engineer fully automated onboarding for privileged users and service/application accounts.
  • •Integrate PAM with SailPoint to automate governance, lifecycle management, and access reviews.
  • •Automate privileged access requests, approvals, and provisioning via ServiceNow, and build reporting for audits and compliance.
  • •Secure privileged access across Active Directory, Windows/Linux, Azure/cloud services, and applications/DevOps pipelines; act as senior escalation point for PAM incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant, hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • •Hands-on SailPoint experience (mandatory).
  • •Strong experience with CyberArk (PAS, PSM, EPM) or equivalent privileged access tools.
  • •Proven ability to engineer and automate PAM at scale, including governance and access reviews.
  • •Advanced experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments, plus automation/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, APIs).
