Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the operations strategy for the region, owning key performance metrics.
  • •Oversee street operations including vehicle positioning, rebalancing, retrieval, and compliance.
  • •Optimize maintenance processes and use real-time data to ensure fleet availability and reliability.
  • •Lead local safety initiatives and ensure best practices for handling and maintaining the fleet.
  • •Analyze market data and monitor KPIs; ensure compliance with Hungarian city regulations, permits, and fleet caps while managing special projects with internal and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial & systems engineering, logistics, transportation, consulting, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field.
  • •Strong data analysis skills with intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • •Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to execution.
  • •Ability to understand KPIs and the operational levers to drive results.
