Job Summary

Serve as a seasoned Total Rewards subject matter expert, supporting the analysis, administration, and evolution of the company’s total rewards philosophy. Conduct compensation and benefits market research, advise HR partners on compensation policies and practices, and help execute offers, promotions, and global or regional Total Rewards projects. Support annual salary review and bonus processes, audit compensation data for pay equity, and use HRIS and analytics tools to maintain accurate reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise internal HR stakeholders on compensation policies, processes, and practices.
•Partner with internal HR teams to execute new hire offers and promotions, including salary pay range consulting and salary benchmarking.
•Roll out Total Rewards projects and programs regionally or globally and evolve related policies, processes, and practices.
•Support and participate in the Annual Salary Review (ASR) and annual bonus payout processes.
•Audit and review internal compensation data to resolve pay disparities, misalignment to compensation philosophy, and internal compression; support reporting and transaction support for HRIS.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
•CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar compensation certification advantageous.
•Seasoned experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
•Experience managing employee benefits programs (plan design, enrollment, compliance).
•Advanced experience using data analytics to interpret compensation and performance data and provide insights.
