Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned funds while delivering a strong customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service banking tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and support sales activities through outbound calls and offer checks. Assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), help resolve issues and support new account openings, and follow internal controls, risk management, and retail community leadership routines.
