Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities to ensure compliance with the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements, including continual site monitoring.
  • •Develop and implement field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans; conduct toolbox talks and support incident reporting and resolution.
  • •Ensure daily identification of hazards and unsafe work conditions, raise observation reports, and record corrective measures; address and report violations daily.
  • •Provide HSE training and ensure site induction, supplier/project personnel induction, and employee readiness to commence work; maintain induction and daily log records.
  • •Maintain HSE performance reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), perform inspections of mobile plant, gears, HSE equipment, fire extinguishers, and site equipment, and update logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify HSE risks and mitigation strategies.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
