Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Managed Release Process, coordinating monthly feature releases and ensuring stakeholders are prepared.
  • •Improve feature-flag lifecycle hygiene, including creation, usage, and cleanup.
  • •Own incident and bug follow-up processes, driving retrospectives and ensuring corrective actions are closed out.
  • •Track performance regressions, escalate when needed, and coordinate owners to resolve issues promptly.
  • •Coordinate cross-team engineering dependencies using an understanding of architecture and workflows, and manage operational tasks for select technical vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations, Product Operations, or a similar role at a fast-paced technology company.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
  • •Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, continuous integration, incident management, and deployment/release management.
  • •Fluency with feature flags, incident processes, and bug ticket lifecycles; not code writing, but able to follow technical conversations.
  • •Ability to drive clarity and accountability across cross-functional teams, including defining and reporting success metrics.
