Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify engaging activities for residents through assessment, observation, and conversation while keeping precise records.
  • •Understand residents’ interests, abilities, and challenges to support active participation.
  • •Support special events and excursions in collaboration with the Head of Activities, mindful of budget and financial tracking.
  • •Assist residents with personal tasks such as letter writing, shopping, and reading, and encourage individual hobbies.
  • •Regularly refresh and promote the activities programme within the village and the local community.
