Job Summary

Join Workday’s APAC Financials team as a Sr Financials Functional Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Workday Financials for customers. You will design, configure, and deploy functional requirements, convert legacy data, test integrations, and mentor new consultants while leveraging Workday best practices and certifications to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure and deploy the client’s functional requirements in partnership with their project team
•Become an expert in the Workday Financial Management product suite and apply Implementation Methodology
•Understand client business requirements, configure Workday, and demonstrate configurations via prototype systems and testing
•Assist the client in converting legacy data into Workday and test integrations with third-party solutions
•Provide status reports to the Engagement Manager and mentor new consultants while promoting Workday best practices

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years implementing Financial ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Lawson, etc.) as a consultant or customer
•Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
•Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting
•Bachelor degree or relevant experience
•Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
