Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and control school budgets, including accurate and timely monthly closing of the books.
  • •Review and approve purchase requisitions for budget availability and correct budget codes.
  • •Process supplier payments via 3-way matching (Invoice, PO & GRN) with due diligence and validation.
  • •Manage petty cash and maintain asset records (asset creation, depreciation run, and monthly FA module closing).
  • •Prepare and present monthly MIS, balance sheet schedules, and bank reconciliation statements; support audits and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.

Key Requirements
