Lead design and delivery of an integrated leadership and people development curriculum, manage external training partners, and curate leadership and behavioural assessments to strengthen leadership capabilities across enterprise and business levels within the Corporate Learning Centre.

Key Responsibilities

•Design an integrated leadership and people development curriculum aligned with leadership strategy and provide a roadmap for staff progression and step-up competencies.
•Manage external training consultants to deliver LPD programs with best-in-class experiences and reinforcement post-training.
•Source and execute leadership assessments and curate individualized interventions for senior leaders to close competency gaps.
•Co-develop leadership content for senior leader Management Trainers to promote a leader-as-coach culture and share knowledge across leader levels.
•Oversee onboarding curriculum and ongoing education schemes to ensure relevance and alignment with workforce initiatives and organizational needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree
•5+ years in a Learning & Development role (Leadership & People Development/Talent Management)
•ACLP or ACTA (WSA Advanced Certificate in Training & Performance or WSQ ACTA)
•DDDLP or DACE (WSQ Diploma) will be an advantage
•Data analytics skills
