Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with SSE leaders globally to drive revenue performance, operational rigor, and strategic insights across segments and geos
  • •Improve SSE forecasting and pipeline generation/management practices to increase accountability, predictability, and forecast accuracy
  • •Support global SSE planning cycles including territory design, target splits, headcount planning, and capacity modeling to ensure equitable coverage
  • •Design and optimize franchised SSE-specific sales process practices; identify workflow friction and lead initiatives using AI/automation to improve efficiencies
  • •Collaborate with Central Operations, Analytics, Sales Acceleration & Systems, and Sales Enablement to assess, standardize, and optimize SSE processes and tooling, supporting QBR, SPIFF tracking, and performance reporting
