Plasma Equipment Technician - D Shift RFAB

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations for the Plasma module within RFAB. Partner with engineering and manufacturing across the fab to resolve equipment issues efficiently. Monitor and analyze tool data to maintain performance and eliminate repetitive downtime, coordinating supplier service when needed. Prepare technical reports and recommendations based on findings to address tool-related problems.
