Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute short- to mid-term departmental plans and contribute to annual business plans.
  • •Monitor, control, and report departmental KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Supervise and develop nursing staff by setting objectives, coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback.
  • •Manage budgeting inputs and monitor expenditures, identifying variances and mitigating unsatisfactory performance.
