Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain hardware inventory records for computing devices, telecom/infrastructure assets, and update records during material movements.
  • •Handle asset ordering, receiving, recording, and asset discovery through verification and validation.
  • •Support asset lifecycle management including issuing, re-verifying, offboarding, and disposal following security guidelines.
  • •Track and report asset audits daily and monthly, including ordered vs issued vs store deltas and published reporting.
  • •Validate issued assets half-yearly and support warranty/maintenance understanding, configuration management, and capacity planning for inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in infrastructure/IT asset management or related operations.
  • •Ability to maintain hardware inventory records and update them during internal and external asset movement.
  • •Experience with asset ordering, receiving, discovery, and inventory verification/validation.
  • •Knowledge of asset lifecycle management processes including issuing, re-verifying, and offboarding, plus disposal following security guidelines.
  • •Understanding of device maintenance contracts and warranty terms; ability to support configuration management and enterprise asset/ITSM tools.
