Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide contractual and commercial support to develop, approve, and issue bids and proposals (e.g., RFP/ITN).
  • •Identify commercial risks, contribute to the overall risk plan, and implement effective risk mitigation.
  • •Lead contract negotiation and manage new and existing contracts, including change control and flow-downs.
  • •Resolve commercial issues promptly and effectively.
  • •Manage contract financial aspects (forecasting, milestone plans, and timely claim submission) and assure contract completion, closeout, and archive.
