Job Summary

Lead retail operations to deliver an elevated client experience while reflecting the TUMI brand. Drive personal sales and KPI performance, plan and prioritize initiatives, and coach team members through roleplay and feedback. •Drive individual and store sales goals and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
•Plan and prioritize with strategic thinking, champion change, and complete assigned tasks by deadlines.
•Teach and coach others, assist the Store Manager with associate training and development, and complete quarterly goal setting.
•Use strong written and verbal communication, de-escalate situations calmly, and promote business goals while collaborating with the team.
•Ensure compliance by managing timecards, maintaining Tumi University training, and following company policies and procedures.

Salary: USD 18.5 - 19.5 hourly
