Lead the global strategy, performance, and evolution of billing capabilities for Mastercard’s Global Cardholder Services portfolio. Drive billing strategy and roadmap, automate billing capabilities for new pricing models and contractual requirements, and define business/data requirements for billing applications. Establish billing, revenue, operational, and development metrics; ensure billing compliance, financial controls, and audit readiness; and partner with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, GBSC, and regional leaders to enable scalable, compliant revenue realization and strong customer experiences.

•Translate pricing and product initiatives into scalable billing solutions to enable timely revenue realization.
•Ensure billing compliance, financial controls, audit readiness, and effective issue resolution; lead and develop a high-performing team.

•Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue management, financial controls, and performance reporting.
•Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog prioritization and technology delivery.
