Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive implementation of S/4 RTR/FICO test strategy, tracking execution progress across SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, data migration, interfaces, security, and performance, and report to program stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate testing across multiple sprints at the RTR/FICO release train level and work with SI partners to deliver for the release train.
  • •Collaborate with business SMEs and COE teams (functional, technical, integration, security, and data) to ensure environment readiness, test data readiness, and integration coverage for each program increment.
  • •Lead end-to-end testing including data migration, in-sprint testing, integration testing, and UAT; own entry/exit criteria and adhere to test governance standards.
  • •Drive continuous improvements and quality gate compliance, participate in scrum to surface risks/issues/dependencies, and present release-train status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to PMO and leadership forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience in SAP testing with deep expertise in RTR/FICO modules in S/4HANA.
  • •Strong experience in S/4HANA RTR/FICO end-to-end finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, and Intercompany, plus Profit Centre and Cost Centre Accounting (ACDOCA) and related integrations.
  • •Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and testing frameworks aligned to project objectives.
  • •Hands-on testing tool experience including JIRA, TOSCA, TOSCA DI, Solution Manager, and execution across SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
