Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate warehousing activities to ensure project delivery and monitor schedules and timelines.
  • •Oversee daily receipt, inspection, inventory, storage, and processing of Class IX repair parts.
  • •Ensure compliance with Army supply regulations and contract requirements, including monitoring warehousing practices and HAZMAT storage.
  • •Lead, train, and evaluate supply clerks, material handlers, and warehouse staff; assign priorities and enforce safety and accountability standards.
  • •Ensure accurate documentation and data entry into GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP; reconcile inventories and support audits, inspections, and Property Accountability Reviews (PARs).

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business preferred (equivalent Army logistics experience acceptable).
  • •5+ years of supply and warehousing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Strong experience with Class IX repair parts management and turn-in operations (U.S. Army or contractor experience preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 750-1).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
