Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement cutting-edge Cisco technologies for large, complex networks.
  • •Analyze, monitor, and optimize network performance while automating repeatable tasks.
  • •Develop software and tools to automate manual processes and support infrastructure platforms.
  • •Act as a strategic partner to customers by preventing incidents and providing expert troubleshooting.
  • •Support global field teams and deliver internal/external systems training; provide feedback to Engineering and Product on roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BS/BE/BTech) or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in field consulting, technical support services, or a similar role.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of Data Center technologies (SDN, SAN, Compute) and Cisco Nexus platforms (2K/5K/7K/9K), including Nexus Standalone and ACI.
  • •Deep networking proficiency including L2/L3 protocols (vPC, Port Channels, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VXLAN, and Nexus Dashboard.
  • •Strong verbal and written English communication skills to influence and work across internal and external organizations.
