Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial, credit, and trend analysis to support credit products and services for middle-market and business clients and prospects.
  • •Independently evaluate, structure, and assess credit requests, including asset-based lending, term loans, and commercial real estate loans.
  • •Monitor credit relationships for covenant compliance, collateral, risk ratings, and credit deterioration; complete annual loan reviews.
  • •Prepare the Credit Approval Report (CAR) and make recommendations to Credit Administration; collaborate with Loan Administration to gather due diligence information.
  • •In coordination with Relationship Manager, support loan document drafting and review Letters of Interest (LOI) for consistency; ensure compliance with policies and applicable regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field and/or 3 years of related work experience; formal credit training preferred.
  • •Intermediate/Financial Accounting 1 and 2 knowledge.
  • •Strong understanding of lending, including cash flow and collateral analysis, plus loan structuring experience.
  • •Knowledge of compliance with state and federal lending regulations, including the listed regulations and acts (e.g., TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, AML, CIP).
  • •Working knowledge of the bank’s loan policies and standards; strong organizational and time management skills.
