Support the Derivative Operations team by managing collateral and settlement activities for derivatives and FX trades. Execute daily margin calls, onboard GMRA/CSA counterparties, perform manual and automated reconciliations (including TriOptima), and reconcile/settle derivative cash flows and CSA/GMRA margin payments. Manage payments, monitor settlement status and fails, handle high volumes of inbox queries, and adhere to control, audit, and compliance requirements.

•Support operational onboarding of new GMRA/CSA counterparties and ensure margining processes are in place.
•Execute daily margin calls and maintain records of margin movements with appropriate documentation for audit and compliance.
•Perform manual and automated reconciliations of margin/collateral positions (including TriOptima where applicable) and resolve breaks within agreed timelines.
•Reconcile and settle derivative trade cash flows and related CSA/GMRA margin payments; monitor settlement status and resolve fails/mismatches.
•Manage inbox queries and payments processing, adhering to internal control frameworks and escalating complex/high-risk issues appropriately.

•Entry-level experience in collateral management (Repo/OTC background) and/or derivative settlement workflows, ideally in both.
•Ability to execute daily margin calls accurately and on time in line with contractual terms.
•Experience performing manual and automated reconciliations of margin and collateral positions, including investigation of breaks/discrepancies.
•Understanding of derivative trade cash flows and associated CSA/GMRA margin payments to support settlements and timely resolution of fails/mismatches.
•Comfort managing a high volume of emails and queries from GMRA and ISDA counterparties professionally, escalating complex issues appropriately.
