Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead smaller projects end to end, delivering controls systems hardware and application software work for ICSS/DCS projects within schedule and budget.
  • •Perform detail engineering and system architecture tasks, including BOM, HMI-related work, application development, and integration of hardware.
  • •Execute FAT with customers at the factory, then support site commissioning, system cut-overs, and loop checking.
  • •Review and interpret customer specifications, RFQ, architecture, P&IDs, control narratives, C&Es, and logic diagrams to produce technical solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality/safety procedures during engineering and site execution and identify improvement opportunities for future projects.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on experience with DCS / Safety PLC / PLC (preferably Honeywell Systems) with detail engineering, testing, and commissioning exposure.
  • •In-depth experience interfacing with third-party systems including Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), Profinet, Profibus, and similar protocols.
  • •Strong knowledge of Control & Safety systems, including HART and Foundation Fieldbus, and experience with advanced L2/L3 nodes (Alarm, History, Asset, Network Management).
  • •Networking knowledge (TCP/IP), Switch/Router configuration, and domain controller configurations; virtualization of control nodes is an added advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
