Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness of production areas per the Master Cleaning Schedule and required safety/quality processes.
  • •Disassemble/reassemble equipment and machinery to sanitize areas and ensure proper cleaning coverage.
  • •Operate a high-pressure hose/air wand and use chemicals to clean and sanitize production equipment to specifications.
  • •Perform checks on equipment to confirm areas are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • •Document required paperwork and promptly communicate issues/contamination concerns to the direct lead, supervisor, and/or QA.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete lockout/tagout and chemical training within the first week and complete scissor lift training within the first two weeks.
  • •Perform sanitation laborer training checklist tasks within the expected training period.
  • •Safety operate scissor lift, hand jack, and other industrial equipment and follow sanitation SOPs, manuals, and related documentation.
  • •Read and understand sanitation procedures; able to read and write.
  • •Have at least 3 months of manufacturing work experience (and 6 months work history within the last 12 months to be considered).
