Job Summary

Support pharmacy services at Lavarack Health Centre by assisting dispensing activities under a Pharmacist’s supervision. Help coordinate pharmaceutical stock receipt, distribution, rotation, and expiry monitoring, and manage disposal of expired or damaged stock according to policy. Provide customer service and general dispensary support within a structured, respectful Defence healthcare environment. Work Thursday and Friday only with free on-site parking and wellbeing/EAP support.

Key Responsibilities

•Support dispensing activities under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
•Coordinate receipt and distribution of pharmaceutical stock.
•Manage stock rotation and monitor expiry dates.
•Handle disposal of expired or damaged stock in line with policy.
•Provide customer service and general dispensary support, including supporting stocktakes.
