Assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions to support appraisal analysis and accurate inventory updates. Perform vehicle optioning, capture high-quality wholesale vehicle images for CarMax websites, and help prepare for wholesale auction operations. Verify vehicle secures and confirmations, resolve appraisal discrepancies, and assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising. Collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Managers while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform vehicle imaging for wholesale vehicles and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and onboarding new associates while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
