Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for moderately complex assemblies and product structures, supporting manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies.
  • •Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies.
  • •Partner on 3D solid model virtual analysis (MLO and DMU) and design reviews, providing DFA/DFX/DFTp/ITO/operational efficiency feedback to meet cost, quality, and cycle time goals.
  • •Execute change control processes, including Non Standard Requests (NSRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Change Control Board (CCB), Supplier Problem Sheets (SPSs), and Engineering Specification Waivers (ESWs).
  • •Document product issues and enhancement opportunities, assist with root cause analysis, and lead the Managed Build process for assemblies/modules; provide technical support and training to manufacturing resources.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial).
  • •2–4 years of experience.
  • •Other educational backgrounds considered with relevant professional experience.
  • •Ability to work in environments requiring standing for extended periods and working in tight spaces, including bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
  • •Ability to use hand and power tools; may require clean-room PPE such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
