Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in drafting/reviewing all types of commercial contracts (NDAs, vendors, production)
  • •Conduct legal research across a variety of legal practice areas
  • •Familiarise yourself with key labor and compliance issues related to the experience economy
  • •Support knowledge management and document organization initiatives (contract templates, etc.)
  • •Provide support with administrative legal tasks

Key Requirements

  • •Be enrolled in a law degree program in France and able to provide a valid tripartite internship agreement (Convention de stage tripartite) through your university/IEJ/EFB.
  • •Be eager to learn through hands-on experience and be a collaborative team player with an effective communicator mindset.
  • •Hold an excellent academic record demonstrating knowledge of French law
  • •Fluent in English and French (additional language a plus)
  • •Available to work full time for 6 consecutive months starting July 2026 (with flexibility on exact start/end dates)
