Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Global Politics, History, and Psychology instruction aligned with IB curricula and the school’s ethos of inquiry and global citizenship.
  • •Set, mark, and assess essays, source analysis, and research tasks; provide clear, constructive feedback to improve writing and evaluation.
  • •Differentiate instruction for EAL, SEN, and high-achieving students and support students’ academic and personal development.
  • •Use assessment data to inform planning, intervention, and accurate, timely reporting of student progress.
  • •Reflect on teaching practice through CPD, contribute to Humanities curriculum development and resources, and support extracurricular activities.
