Senior Provider Engagement Network Specialist

Manage provider network onboarding and ongoing accuracy in provider information systems to support state reporting, claims payment, and directories. Serve as internal and external liaison for participating providers and physician groups, acting as account manager and primary point of contact between providers and the health plan. Resolve complex provider contracting and data issues (including contract interpretation, appeals/grievances, and eligibility) and provide training and guidance to providers while partnering across internal departments.
