Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of complex software capabilities to improve cloud platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency in a DevOps model.
  • •Define and implement AI-enabled platform patterns that improve user journeys and operational outcomes.
  • •Architect and guide implementation of cloud-native microservices and APIs in Kubernetes-based environments.
  • •Drive cross-organizational technical planning, architecture alignment, and delivery execution.
  • •Lead improvements in observability, resiliency engineering, automation, CI/CD standards, production readiness, incident learning, and long-term reliability programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (computer science/computer engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent); MS preferred.
  • •9+ years of enterprise software development experience with Python and/or Go.
  • •Deep experience with cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, and platform automation.
  • •Strong Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps/SRE-aligned operating model experience.
  • •Proven production experience delivering AI/ML-enabled capabilities at enterprise scale, plus strong SQL/NoSQL and distributed systems knowledge.
