  • •Develop and manage comprehensive quality plans and support internal and client quality assurance teams.
  • •Perform marketing and networking to expand client relationships, work, and strategic teaming partners.
  • •Develop staffing plans and schedules aligned to project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Develop pursuit plans to win new clients for construction management and inspection services.
  • •Manage and oversee transportation construction projects as project manager or principal-in-charge, including quality control of engineering, contract administration, inspection, testing, and surveying.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field; or equivalent experience/education combination.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of experience including INDOT project experience with demonstrated Project Manager / Construction Engineer experience on major projects.
  • •Professional Engineer registration (PE).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
