Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage comprehensive quality plans and support internal and client quality assurance teams.
•Perform marketing and networking to expand client relationships, work, and strategic teaming partners.
•Develop staffing plans and schedules aligned to project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
•Develop pursuit plans to win new clients for construction management and inspection services.
•Manage and oversee transportation construction projects as project manager or principal-in-charge, including quality control of engineering, contract administration, inspection, testing, and surveying.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field; or equivalent experience/education combination.
•Minimum of 12 years of experience including INDOT project experience with demonstrated Project Manager / Construction Engineer experience on major projects.
•Professional Engineer registration (PE).
•Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
