Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver CEO-level special projects end-to-end, scoping quickly and driving to a clear finish line.
•Lead exec search initiatives, including outreach, screening, process management, and candidate filtering before CEO conversations.
•Drive strategic GTM partnerships and commercial bets by coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing to unlock revenue.
•Explore and execute key business initiatives such as acquisitions, fundraises, and new team/business line building.
•Operate with founder-level ownership—deciding priorities, keeping momentum through ambiguity, and communicating crisply with leadership.

Key Requirements

•6–10 years in high-growth companies (ideally B2B SaaS) with experience across BizOps, BD/revenue generation, or GM-style leadership.
•Strong commercial judgment to turn strategy into action with limited direction.
•Experience running projects end-to-end, including exec hiring, deal work, or launching GTM initiatives.
•Clear, purposeful communication—able to craft board-deck/competitive positioning style narratives with discretion.
•Thrives in ambiguity with a builder mindset, showing exceptional performance and persistence in tough environments.
