Principal Planner

Interpret internal and external challenges in planning and scheduling, solving complex schedule problems independently while recommending best practices. Support baseline creation, conduct multi-discipline scope reviews, and perform schedule quality and integrity checks. Build and maintain logically linked Level 3/Level 4 schedules for marine oil & gas installation work, track physical progress via EVMS, analyze progress curves and critical paths, and monitor schedule compliance and variations. Mentor junior planners and lead initiatives as needed.
