Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft Project.
  • •Support project baseline creation during project initiation and setup.
  • •Perform detailed schedule quality and integrity checks and facilitate multi-discipline scope reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked Level 3 and Level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation (pipelines, subsea, platforms, HDD), using precedence flow and best practices.
  • •Update and validate physical progress from EVMS systems; produce workforce histograms, progress/quantity curves, and analyze critical paths and schedule variations while escalating schedule delays and recovery actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management or equivalent technical training or experience.
  • •10-15 years of EPCIC experience with onshore or offshore oil and gas or power generation projects.
  • •Planning/scheduling experience for large LNG or topside fabrication projects (preferred).
  • •Solid command of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Ability to use advanced Excel features and produce/maintain logically linked activity schedules using precedence flow in EPCIC planning (plus producing progress curves, histograms, variance reports, and critical paths).
