Key Responsibilities

  • •Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and employment contracts, in compliance with ERGANI requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and other relevant systems.
  • •Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, employee queries, and coordination with external benefit providers.
  • •Support preparation and administration of HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documents.
  • •Support timekeeping and Learning & Development activities, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, shift schedules, and training coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of previous experience in HR or benefits administration, or a related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Economics.
  • •Basic understanding of HR processes, the employee lifecycle, and employee benefits.
  • •Interest in gaining knowledge in HR practice and learning HR/People systems.
  • •Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication in English and Greek.
