Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage materials planning, scheduling, ordering, and purchasing activities to support delivery of customer products.
  • •Lead procurement, receipt, disbursement, and inventory control to maintain inventory levels and ensure customer order performance.
  • •Negotiate pricing for major commodity groups and coordinate with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost reduction programs.
  • •Oversee transportation and logistics execution, including carrier review and daily shipping schedule execution, and develop logistics and warehouse strategies.
  • •Coordinate SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) to manage demand/supply planning and drive continuous improvement through Eaton business system assessments and process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (required); master’s degree in related field (preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ Supply Chain Manager experience in a large company (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ supply chain experience in a medium/large manufacturing facility (150+ employees) (required).
  • •Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (required).
  • •Strong knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP), supply chain operational concepts, and Lean/Six Sigma tools (required).
