Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic and detailed BIM models and identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; create new library components.
  • •Assist with compiling contract BIM close-out documentation and prepare BIM guidelines for project requirements.
  • •Train project personnel on BIM tools, and maintain BIM revision logs; print drawing sets for team review.
  • •Support planning and scheduling, cost report setup and forecasting, issue change orders/notices, and derive material quantities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Ability to develop schematic and detailed BIM models and assist with shop drawings and drawing sets.
  • •Strong understanding of contractual and legal guidelines relevant to BIM delivery and project documentation.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful delivery.
  • •Effective collaboration and communication; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
